War of the Words Publication

Brief
This is a publication for a series of design talks called War of the Words, organised by Typeradio. 

Solution

As the booklet is for everyone, I wanted it to look simple but also familiar to people like the text within a newspaper. I incorporated the colour red into some of the designs throughout the booklet to contrast against the black and white, and also to grab peoples attention so that they look straight at it as they turn the page.
